I’m so excited to say, I’ve finished the first draft of my latest WIP. It’s a short one, under 150 pages (and this is massively short for me, I have to say. I’m used to constantly writing epics, ask YA writer A. E. Rought, who always teases me about being long-winded.
So there, A. E.! HA!
Okay, so not really that snarky. She knows I’m joking. Of course she does, we’ve been buddies forever.
But I did finish this new book this week, and it felt pretty good to get the last few scenes down. I, of course, will be editing it, before submitting it, but I have high hopes of where it’s going to go.
What’s it about? I cannot say. It’s bad luck, of course. 🙂 (Yes, I am that superstitious — my mom has to read it and tell me what she thinks, too. I don’t know why, but that’s the way it is.) But there could be a little hint here on this blog, with a little shine, sparkle and glow…
